After such, I restarted and ran every HP system diagnostic test – particularly on Motherboard and Memory. The memory is is an Asgard T2 DDR4 16GB 3000Mhz. I tried removing all the RAM and booting and I get the "no RAM detected" beep (I read somewhere this indicates the CPU is OK) but when I add the memory back, nothing. Powered it off.
